BigClash Registration – Problems and solutions (Video)
Two things happen before you play a single spin at any casino: you create an account and you fund it. At BigClash, the registration had one familiar problem. Here is exactly what happened.
Registration: The Email Problem Returns
The first registration attempt did not work. I entered a valid email address, filled in the rest of the required fields correctly, and the system rejected the account creation without providing any explanation. No error message specified what was wrong. No field was highlighted. The form simply declined to proceed.
Using a different email address resolved the problem immediately. The second attempt went through without any issues and the account was created successfully. The registration form itself is well designed: clear labels, logical field order, nothing confusing about what is being asked. The issue is entirely about the backend behaviour with certain email addresses.
This pattern has appeared across another platforms I have tested, and BigClash casino is part of that group. Whatever is causing specific addresses to be silently rejected, the fix is either to resolve the underlying filter or to give the error message enough detail that a user understands what to change. As it stands, the only signal you get is a failed submission with no explanation. Most players will not try a second email address. They will assume something is broken and leave.
Email confirmation and phone verification
No email confirmation link was required before the account became active, and no phone verification was requested at any point. The account was ready to use immediately after the second registration attempt succeeded, which kept things moving without any additional friction.
