LolaJack Registration – Email Problem Resolved (Video)

Registration at LolaJack will take less time than you expect, but not for the right reasons. The personal data input was smooth, phone verification worked without any issues, and then the email verification step simply failed to deliver. Multiple attempts to receive the confirmation email produced nothing. What happened next is the part that raises questions: the platform confirmed the account as not requiring verification and allowed full access anyway. Here is the complete account.

The Registration Form

The data input stage of the LolaJack registration was uncomplicated. The fields are clearly labelled, the sequence of steps is logical, and moving through the form required no guesswork about what was being asked. Personal details were entered and submitted without any errors. The registration screen recording shows the full process.

Phone Verification: Worked Correctly

Phone number verification was requested during registration. The verification code was delivered promptly and the confirmation step completed without any problems. The phone verification process at LolaJack is straightforward and efficient.

Email Verification: The Emails Never Came

After the phone step, email verification was also required. A code should have been sent to the registered email address. It did not arrive. I waited and then used the resend option. Nothing. I tried again. Still nothing. Multiple resend attempts across the session produced no emails at all. Not in the inbox, not in spam, not in any folder. The verification email system for LolaJack does not appear to be functioning correctly.
This is a significant problem. Email verification is a standard security step that confirms the registered address belongs to the person creating the account. When the emails do not arrive despite repeated requests, the player has no way to complete the step. And they have no way of knowing whether the issue is on their end or the platform’s end, which creates a frustrating and unresolvable situation for anyone who does not know what to try next.

What Happened Instead

Rather than remaining locked out of the account due to the incomplete email verification, the platform resolved the situation in an unexpected way. When I navigated to the verification section of the account settings, the message displayed was: ‘It looks like your account does not require verification. Enjoy our games!’ The email verification screenshot and the phone and email verification screenshot are both saved in the reference files for this step.

The account was usable. The deposit stage was accessible. Gameplay proceeded. The withdrawal was processed and paid out. In practical terms, the missing email verification did not block any part of the experience.

But this creates its own problem. The platform is telling the user that no verification is required when in fact a verification step was attempted and failed. That is an inconsistency between what the system shows and what actually happened. A player who notices this discrepancy, and some will, will have legitimate questions about the reliability of the platform’s account management.

What LolaJack Needs to Do

Two things. First, the email delivery system needs to be investigated and fixed. A verification email that never arrives after multiple resend attempts is a broken system, not a user error. Second, the messaging in the verification section needs to be accurate. If an email verification attempt was made and not completed, the system should reflect that rather than displaying a blanket message that no verification is required.
For anyone currently registering at LolaJack: if your email verification code does not arrive, the account may still become fully usable without it. But you should be aware that the email step appears to have a known delivery problem, and that the verification status display may not accurately reflect the state of your account.

When I review a casino, I don't rely on casino-provided content or demo accounts. I deposit my own money, play through the platform as any real user would, and report exactly what I find - good or bad. Deposit fees, verification requirements, withdrawal speed, gameplay, mobile app reliability - I test all of it firsthand before writing a single word.
