Tested on iPhone 15 (iOS 26.3) · Safari · Germany · Deposit Method: Mastercard · Amount: €100

Once the account is created, the deposit is where you commit real money to the platform. At Vicibet, the deposit process threw up something I was not expecting at all. Let me walk you through exactly what I experienced.

The Deposit: An Unexpected Fee That Almost Killed the Transaction

This is the part of the Vicibet experience that surprised me most, and not in a good way.

My first attempt to deposit €100 via Mastercard showed me a total charge of $121.72. Not €100. Not even a round number close to €100 converted into dollars. It was a noticeably higher amount that appeared without any prior explanation. I had selected €100, I expected to be charged €100 or the local equivalent without a surcharge, and instead I was looking at a figure that was significantly higher than what I had asked to deposit.

I cancelled that transaction immediately. An unexplained fee of that size on a deposit is a serious problem for any casino. Players depositing with a credit card are not expecting to be charged extra on top of their intended amount. When that happens, it creates immediate doubt about whether the platform is trustworthy at all. Even if there is a legitimate explanation, the complete lack of any upfront disclosure is a failure of transparency that will cost the casino real conversions every single day.

I attempted the deposit a second time. This time, only the intended €100 was shown, with no additional fees. The transaction went through cleanly, funds arrived in my account immediately, and there were no further issues. Both attempts are documented in separate screen recordings.

I genuinely do not know what caused the difference between attempt one and attempt two. Same card, same amount, same device. The fee either appeared due to a currency conversion being applied inconsistently, a payment provider issue, or something else on the backend that triggered and then did not trigger again. What I do know is that if my first deposit attempt had been my only attempt, I would not have deposited at all, and Vicibet would have lost that player.

The Wagering Requirement Nobody Told Me About

After getting the deposit in, there is one more thing worth knowing: Vicibet applies a 1x wagering requirement on your deposited funds before withdrawals become available. So if you deposit €100, you wager €100, and then the cashout option activates. I found this out after my first gameplay session when the withdrawal option was not yet available.

The condition itself is genuinely player-friendly. Without a bonus, many casinos still require 2x or 3x wagering before a withdrawal is permitted. Accept a bonus and that figure typically climbs to 30x or 40x. A 1x no-bonus requirement is one of the lowest you will encounter anywhere. The only thing Vicibet needs to improve is making it visible in the cashier before you confirm your deposit, so players know exactly where they stand from the start.

Summing Up the Onboarding Experience

Vicibet’s registration and deposit flow has the bones of something decent. The form is clean, the confirmation process works, and when the deposit goes through correctly it is fast and problem-free. But there are two significant issues sitting in the way: a registration system that rejects certain email addresses without explanation, and a deposit screen that showed an unexpected fee on the first attempt. Both of those things need to be fixed. A player who makes it through both of those hurdles successfully is then set up for a solid experience, but the hurdles themselves are too high.

When I review a casino, I don't rely on casino-provided content or demo accounts. I deposit my own money, play through the platform as any real user would, and report exactly what I find - good or bad. Deposit fees, verification requirements, withdrawal speed, gameplay, mobile app reliability - I test all of it firsthand before writing a single word.
