Getting your money out of an online casino is the moment that matters most. Everything before it, the registration, the deposit, the games, is essentially setup. The withdrawal is the test that reveals whether a casino actually respects its players or whether it is more interested in keeping funds on the platform. At Vicibet, the withdrawal process turned out to be more involved than I expected, and there are a few things every player should know before they go looking for the cashout button.

Before You Can Withdraw Anything

Before withdrawals open up, Vicibet casino requires you to wager your deposit amount once. This is a 1x wagering requirement on the deposited funds. In my case, I put in €100, which meant I had to wager €100 in real-money bets before the withdrawal option became active. That is actually a favourable condition: many casinos impose 2x or 3x on plain deposits, and if you have taken any kind of bonus the standard across the industry is 30x to 40x. At 1x with no bonus, Vicibet is asking very little.

The only criticism here is around visibility. I found out about the requirement after my first session, when I went to withdraw and the option was unavailable. It should be a single clear line in the cashier at deposit time, not something a player discovers by trying to cash out. That is an easy fix and the only thing worth changing about this part of the experience.

The First Withdrawal Attempt: SEPA Bank Transfer

When I initially went to withdraw, I ran into a technical limitation on my side that meant my Mastercard was temporarily not available for use. Since the card was unavailable, I had to choose an alternative withdrawal method. I selected Revolut Bank Transfer via SEPA and submitted a request for €69.08, which was my full remaining balance.

The submission process itself was clean. The steps were laid out clearly, I could see exactly what I was doing at each stage, and the request went through without any errors or system issues. Once submitted, the withdrawal appeared in the cashier section with a status of ‘Under Review’. This is the part where the waiting began.

Several hours passed without any status update. The request stayed in review without progressing to completion. At that point my Mastercard became available again, so I decided to cancel the SEPA withdrawal and resubmit using the original deposit method. This is generally considered best practice at most casinos, using the same payment method for withdrawal as for deposit, and Vicibet confirmed that option was available to me.

The Second Withdrawal Attempt: Back to Mastercard

I cancelled the SEPA request and submitted a new withdrawal via the Mastercard I had originally deposited with. The submission went through in exactly the same clean manner as the first attempt. No errors, no confusion about the steps, no technical problems during the request itself. Both withdrawal sessions are documented in separate screen recordings.

The second request also entered ‘Under Review’ status and sat there for a period without any update. It required some patience. But the funds did eventually arrive in my Mastercard account. The amount was correct and the payment completed without any complications once it cleared the review queue.

The Review Period: What to Expect

Both of my withdrawal requests spent time in an ‘Under Review’ state before completing. Vicibet casino does not display an estimated processing window anywhere during the cashout flow, which means you submit your request and then wait without any indication of how long that wait will be. For players used to near-instant payouts elsewhere, that silence is uncomfortable even when there is nothing actually wrong.

The fix here is simple and costs nothing: a line of text on the withdrawal confirmation screen telling players roughly how long to expect. It does not need to be a guarantee. Just an honest estimate would be enough to turn an anxious wait into a patient one.

The Overall Withdrawal Experience

The Vicibet withdrawal process was more of a journey than it needed to be. Two attempts, a switch from SEPA back to Mastercard, and a review period that required patience before the funds arrived. But here is the thing that matters most: they did arrive. The money came through, the amount was correct, and at no point did Vicibet casino refuse the request, lock the account, or ask for documentation that had not been required before.

For a player willing to match their withdrawal method to their deposit method from the start and go in knowing that the review period may take some time, Vicibet is a platform that pays out. The 1x wagering requirement is a player-friendly condition and not something to worry about. The communication around both the requirement and processing times just needs to be clearer. But the outcome, the thing that matters most in any withdrawal review, was the right one.

When I review a casino, I don't rely on casino-provided content or demo accounts. I deposit my own money, play through the platform as any real user would, and report exactly what I find - good or bad. Deposit fees, verification requirements, withdrawal speed, gameplay, mobile app reliability - I test all of it firsthand before writing a single word.
