Westace registration – Email and phone verification (Video)
Registration is the first real test of how a casino thinks about its players. A good signup process is clear, fast, and does not create anxiety at any step. At Westace, the registration flow is well designed and the overall experience is positive. There is one small visual inconsistency worth knowing about before you go through it, but it does not affect whether the account creation works.
How Registration Works at Westace
The Westace registration form is straightforward. The required fields are clearly labelled, the steps follow a logical order, and the whole thing is designed to be completed without any confusion. I filled in the required details and moved through the process without hitting any errors or confusing prompts. The registration sequence is shown in the registration screen recording.
What makes Westace different from some platforms in this testing series is that it requires both email and phone number verification immediately after the initial details are entered. Both verification codes were delivered instantly. The phone number verification completed without any issues and the status updated correctly right away.
The Email Verification Display Issue
The email verification worked in terms of the code being accepted correctly. Where things got slightly confusing was in how the result was displayed. After entering the correct email verification code, the status within the Progressive Web App (PWA) did not update to show the email as verified. It still showed as pending or unverified even though the code had been accepted.
A restart of the mobile app was required before the verified status appeared correctly on screen. After the restart, the email showed as verified and the account proceeded normally. The verification screenshot from after the restart is saved in the reference file for this step.
This is a display synchronisation issue rather than a real problem with the verification itself. The account was created and functional. The email was verified. The display just did not reflect that in real time. But for a user going through registration for the first time, seeing their email still show as unverified after they have entered the code creates a moment of genuine uncertainty. Most will wonder whether they did something wrong, whether they need to request a new code, or whether the account is usable. A restart prompt, or simply fixing the real-time update, would eliminate that confusion entirely.
No Email Rejection Issues
One thing worth mentioning for context: a recurring problem across several platforms I have tested is certain email addresses being silently rejected during registration without any explanation. That issue did not appear at Westace. The email address I use for testing across all platforms was accepted without any problem on the first attempt.
After Registration
Once the verification display resolved after the PWA restart, the account was active and ready to use. No additional personal data screens appeared before the deposit stage, and no further confirmation steps were required. The path from completing registration to arriving at the cashier was uninterrupted.
For anyone signing up at Westace: have your phone nearby for the verification codes, which arrive immediately. If after entering the email code it still shows as unverified, do not request a new code. Simply restart the PWA and the status will update correctly. It is a known display quirk and not a sign that anything went wrong.
