How We Review Casinos
We do not rate casinos with scores or ranking systems. We go in, deposit real money, play, and document the full experience. Each review covers what actually happened, supported by screen recordings and screenshots so you can see it for yourself.
We are not checking terms and conditions against a checklist. We are finding out what it is actually like to be a player at that casino.
What we test
Every casino we review goes through the same process. Each step is a separate section in the review.
Registration
We sign up as a regular player with no special access or operator assistance. We document how long it takes, what information is required upfront, whether the process is clear or confusing, and any unexpected steps along the way. Screenshots cover every screen.
Deposit
We deposit real money using payment methods available to regular players. We note which methods are offered, how long the deposit takes to arrive, whether any fees apply, and whether the process matches what the casino advertises. Everything is recorded.
Verification
Most casinos require identity verification at some point. We go through the full process, document what documents are requested, how we submit them, how long approval takes, and whether the casino communicates clearly or leaves you guessing. This section often reveals a lot about how a casino treats its players.
Real money gameplay
We play with our own money. We test slots, table games, and live casino where available. We note game loading times, how the lobby works in practice, whether games run smoothly on desktop and mobile, and anything that stood out during play. Gameplay is recorded so readers can see the actual experience.
Withdrawal
This is where many casinos fall short, and it is where we pay closest attention. We request a withdrawal and document the entire process: what is required, how long it takes at each stage, whether any additional verification is triggered, and when the money actually arrives. The time between requesting a withdrawal and receiving funds is recorded precisely.
If a casino delays, refuses, or asks for documents that were not previously requested, that goes into the review with full documentation.
How we document everything
Every section of our reviews is supported by screen recordings and screenshots taken during our own testing. We do not use images provided by casinos. If we describe something happening, there is visual evidence of it in the review.
This approach means our readers can verify our experience rather than take our word for it. It also means casinos cannot dispute what we found.
What we do not do
We do not accept free credits or promotional accounts from operators. We do not review casinos based on their terms and conditions alone. We do not assign numerical scores, star ratings, or rankings. We do not publish a review unless we have completed a real deposit and withdrawal on that casino ourselves.
Keeping reviews current
Casino operations change. Payment processing improves or gets worse, verification requirements shift, and ownership changes hands. We revisit and update reviews when something significant changes. Every review shows the date it was last tested. If you have had a different experience at a casino we have covered, use the contact page to let us know and we will look into it.
Commercial relationships
We earn affiliate commissions when readers sign up through our links. This is how the site funds itself. It does not change what we write. If we had a bad experience at a casino, that is what the review says. We do not link to casinos where we would not be comfortable depositing our own money.
