Casea Registration – Email & Phone number verification required (Video)
Registration at Casea is well designed in most respects. The form is clear, the steps follow a logical order, and the process moves quickly under normal conditions. There is one specific scenario where things go wrong, and it is worth describing precisely because if you hit it without knowing what to do, you can end up completely stuck.
The Registration Form
The personal data input stage of the Casea registration was straightforward. The fields are clearly labelled, the information being asked for is the standard set for an online casino account, and nothing about the layout creates confusion. I moved through the initial form step without any friction.
Both email and phone number verification are required as part of the registration process. Both codes arrived immediately and the verification completed without delays under normal circumstances. The email verification screenshot is saved in the reference file for this step, and the first registration screen recording shows the standard flow.
The Phone Number Correction Problem
Here is where things went wrong. After entering a phone number and moving into the verification step, I realised the number was incorrect and needed to be changed. I went back to correct it. The interface entered an infinite loading state.
Nothing responded. Tapping any element on the screen produced no reaction. The loading indicator ran indefinitely. There was no error message, no timeout, no way to abort the process from within the app. The only solution was a full app restart, which is captured in the second registration screen recording.
After restarting, the phone number field was accessible again. I entered the correct number, the verification code was sent immediately, and the process completed without any further issues. But the path to that resolution was not obvious. A first-time user encountering that infinite loading state would have no way of knowing that a restart is the fix. There is no instruction on screen, no timeout that returns control to the user, and no error message indicating what went wrong. Most users in that situation will assume the app has crashed and will abandon registration entirely.
The fix is straightforward: either prevent the loading state from occurring when a phone number is being corrected, or add a clear timeout that returns control to the user with an explanatory message after a reasonable waiting period.
After Registration
Once both verifications were completed, the account was active and ready to use. No additional personal data screens appeared before the deposit stage and no further confirmation steps were required. The path from successful registration to the cashier was direct and uninterrupted.
The practical advice for anyone registering at Casea: enter your phone number carefully before submitting it, because correcting it after submission can cause the interface to freeze. If you do encounter the loading state, a full app restart is the solution. After restarting, the correction process works normally.
