The CrazyTower registration is well-designed in terms of structure and flow. It is also where the first problem appeared. Understanding what happened and what to do about it will save new players unnecessary frustration during signup.

Step One: Email and Password

CrazyTower uses a two-step registration format. The first step requires only an email address and a password. Entering these and submitting moves you directly to the second step. Simple, quick, and the most common approach to reducing early drop-off during signup.

The Email Rejection Problem

On my first registration attempt, the email address was rejected by the platform with no explanation provided. No error message clarified what was wrong with the address, no suggestion was offered about what to try instead, and no indication was given whether the issue was the domain, a duplicate account, or something else entirely. The form simply refused to proceed.

This is a recurring issue I have seen across several platforms in this testing period, and it creates a genuine problem at the most critical moment of onboarding. A player who hits a silent rejection during signup with no guidance has very little reason to try again. The natural conclusion is that something is broken and the platform is not worth the effort.

Switching to a different email address resolved it immediately. The second attempt went through without any issue at all.

Step Two: Personal Details

After the email situation was resolved, step two collected the remaining account information: first name, last name, phone number, address, and date of birth. The fields are clearly labelled, the form is straightforward on a phone screen, and nothing about it caused confusion. This part of the process is well executed.

Email Verification

After completing both steps, a verification email arrived promptly. The confirmation link worked correctly and the email was verified without any delays or technical problems. The account was active and ready for the deposit stage shortly after.

What CrazyTower Should Fix

The silent email rejection is the one thing that needs fixing in the registration flow. If a specific email address format or domain is blocked, the error message should say so. If it is a duplicate account issue, the platform should indicate that clearly. Giving users no information about why their registration failed is a guaranteed way to lose them. Everything else about the CrazyTower registration process is clean and functional.
