The funds arrived. I requested a withdrawal of €52 from CrazyTower Casino on 25 June 2026 at 07:44 CEST. The withdrawal was approved and the funds were received on 5 July 2026 at 11:33 CEST. Ten days from request to receipt. The correct amount came through, no KYC request appeared during the review period, and no contact with support was needed. After five deposit attempts and a mid-session game crash, the withdrawal was the most straightforward part of the entire test.

Getting to the Withdrawal

My balance at the point of withdrawal was €52.92. To reach that point, I needed to fulfil the 1x wagering requirement on the deposit, meaning I had to wager €100 in real-money bets before the cashout button activated. This is a player-friendly condition. Without a bonus, many casinos require 2x or 3x wagering. With a bonus, the industry standard runs to 30x or 40x. A 1x no-bonus requirement is among the lowest available. It should be visible in the cashier at deposit time rather than discovered when a player first looks for the withdrawal button.

A Confusing Layout in the Withdrawal Cashier

When I opened the withdrawal section, the available methods were: Withdraw to Card (appearing twice), Bank Transfer, MiFinity, USDT ERC20, BitcoinCash, USDT Solana, USDT BEP20, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, TRX, USDC, BNB, DOGE, Solana, USDC Solana, Cardano, Revolut, Skrill, and Neteller.

The Withdraw to Card option appearing twice in the list is a minor UX issue, but it creates genuine uncertainty for a player who does not know which of the two identical-looking entries to select. CrazyTower should either merge them into a single correctly labelled option or differentiate them clearly so players know what each one covers.

Submitting the Request

I selected Bank Transfer, matching the method used for the deposit, and submitted a request for €52. The submission process was clean: the steps were clearly presented, the interface was responsive, and the request was confirmed without any errors. No verification gate appeared at this stage and no additional confirmation steps were required. The withdrawal was submitted smoothly and the confirmation is documented in the withdrawal screen recording.

The Ten-Day Processing Window

The withdrawal was requested on 25 June at 07:44 CEST and approved and received on 5 July at 11:33 CEST. That is ten days, which is at the longer end of the processing times I have seen across the platforms tested in this series. Some platforms in this testing period have processed withdrawals within one to two days. Ten days is not unacceptably long for a bank transfer, but it is worth knowing about before you submit so the wait does not come as a surprise.

During the review period, no documentation was requested and no complications arose. The payment completed correctly once the review concluded.

The Amount Received

The full €52 was credited to my account without any shortfall. No undisclosed fee was deducted. The confirmed withdrawal amount and the received amount matched exactly. This is worth stating clearly because a discrepancy between the confirmed and received amount has appeared at at least one other platform in this testing series. CrazyTower paid the correct amount in full.

Overall Withdrawal Assessment

CrazyTower paid correctly. The full amount arrived, no documentation was required during the review, and the submission process was clean. The ten-day processing window is longer than average for this category of casino, and CrazyTower should consider communicating an expected processing timeframe at the point of withdrawal submission. Knowing in advance that a bank transfer might take up to ten business days would make the wait significantly more comfortable than discovering it after the fact. The Withdraw to Card duplication in the cashier is a small but easy fix. Everything else about the withdrawal worked as it should.

When I review a casino, I don't rely on casino-provided content or demo accounts. I deposit my own money, play through the platform as any real user would, and report exactly what I find - good or bad. Deposit fees, verification requirements, withdrawal speed, gameplay, mobile app reliability - I test all of it firsthand before writing a single word.
