OnlySpins Registration – Email problem solved (Video)
Tested on iPhone 15 (iOS) · Safari · Germany
Registration should be the easiest part of joining a casino. Fill in your details, click confirm, start playing. At OnlySpins, it took two attempts to get there, and the reason why is worth understanding before you sign up.
First Attempt: Rejected With No Explanation
My first attempt to create an account did not work. I filled in all the required fields with valid information and hit the register button, and the platform came back with this message: ‘Oops! We cannot proceed with these registration details. Please check our Help Center for more information.’
That was it. No indication of which field was the problem, no suggestion of what to fix. Just a generic error and a pointer to the Help Center. I tried the same thing in the PWA and got the same result.
After some trial and error, I figured out the issue was specifically with the email address I was using. When I switched to a different email address and kept everything else the same, the registration went through immediately. The original email was a valid, properly formatted address, so there was no obvious reason for it to be rejected. The lack of any clear explanation in the error message is a real problem. A regular player hitting that wall with no guidance would almost certainly just close the tab and go somewhere else. The whole registration sequence is shown across three separate screen recordings.
Second Attempt: Straightforward
After switching to the working email address, the registration process itself was quick and uncomplicated. The form is clean, the fields are clearly labeled, and there is nothing confusing about the layout. Filling it in on mobile felt comfortable, with no issues around input fields or keyboard behavior.
Once submitted, the account was created without any further friction. No lengthy verification step, no confusing confirmation flow. I was in and ready to go.
What to Know Before You Register
If you hit an unexplained rejection on your first attempt, the most likely cause is the email address you used. Try a different one before assuming something is technically wrong with the platform. OnlySpins needs to fix the error message so players get a useful explanation rather than a dead end, but until that happens, a backup email is your quickest way through.
